From a San Francisco Meetup to a Global Movement
HackerX started in 2012 with a simple idea: create a space where talented engineers could meet the companies building the future — no recruiters, no resumes, just real conversations.
What began as a small gathering in San Francisco quickly caught fire. Within a year, we were running events in New York, Boston, and Seattle. By 2015, we'd crossed the Atlantic into London, Berlin, and Amsterdam. Today, we operate in over 50 cities across four continents.
