Overview
As a Software Development Manager in the Multi-Channel Fulfillment team, you will actively work on the products that allow sellers to sell through any channel anywhere in the world.
This Software Development Manager role will lead multiple engineering teams and own highly-visible MCF initiatives to drive new customer growth, increase speed of delivery and develop and implement automation across the globe. This means partnering with colleagues in other technical teams throughout Amazon, the business, product management and operations to launch products while increasing the scalability, reliability and operational excellence of all the products and services you own.
Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated hands-on technical manager who takes great pride in both the technical and business contributions of their work. They will be passionate about mentoring and inspiring their Teams. They will be comfortable with ambiguity and juggling multiple projects to deliver results on time in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
