Tasks:
You work together with a team of specialists so that the best possible solution is created for the demanding customer
Implementation of upgrades and extensions of the existing solutions
Acquisition of support tickets and enhancements from users and projects
Structure and maintenance of customer-specific documentation, FAQ and solution descriptions
Your profile:
Residence in Germany
Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
Bachelor’s, master’s degree or a comparable practical career with a technical background
Good administration skills in Linux and Windows
Preferably, 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role, but young professionals are also welcome
Knowledge and practical experience in current DevOps technologies
Readiness for trainings and certifications
