Overview
ClubLabs is the digital acceleration team for Automobile Club of Southern California, also known as, AAA. We are the team responsible for building intuitive customer experiences across the organizations insurance, membership, financial, emergency roadside, and travel services. We are a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, UX researchers, and product managers working collaboratively every day to create awesomeness.
Our process starts with understanding our members’ needs and business goals, and ends with valuable solutions that are custom made and integrated with new technologies. When it comes to design, we focus on the User Centered Design model as a creative approach to problem solving.
We’re currently searching for an ambitious, empathic, and collaborative people to join our team, participating in the development of various consumer facing self-serve applications that allow our AAA members to obtain information and complete various transactions online. These applications will continue our commitment at ClubLabs to create viable digital experiences for our AAA members.
