Job Description
About the project:
We want to create a best-in-class user experience for participating in de-fi applications and protocols.
DeFi presents investors with unique and exciting opportunities, but today, the nascent space is technically challenging, fragmented, and relatively inaccessible for many potential users. Our goal is to build a digital asset ecosystem that lets customers do more with crypto without detaching from existing market leading technology and customer experience and we are looking for a Functional analyst, who will help us to make our products better.
We expect the Functional analyst to:
-analyze customer’s business processes and operations
-elicit customer’s needs, propose solutions
-manage the features backlog, develop functional specifications for software product
-communicate and clarify requirements for design, development, QA and support needs
-perform demonstration of the solution to the customer, gather early feedback
-explore competitor products and understand trends in the DeFi industry as well as in the software development in common
Qualifications
The candidate is required to possess:
-excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
-excellent communication skills
-fluent English
-university degree in information systems, math or economics
-experience in a similar position in software development projects from 3 years
-understanding of what blockchain is and how it works
-knowledge of various types of consensus algorithms
-understanding the working principles of smart contracts and EVM in general
-knowledge of DeFi solutions from a business perspective
