{ what_you_are_going_to_do:
You will join a frontend development team which is currently building the brand new entry door to the digital DKB product landscape for Millions of users. This is a great chance for you to help us to transform one of the first direct banks in Germany into a leading digital player in the banking world and grow our customer base from over 4 Million to more than 8 Million customers in the next few years.

{ your_responsibilities: [
You will develop new features and improvements for the brand new DKB website in a secure, well-tested, performant way and solve technical problems of high scope and complexity.
You craft code that meets our internal standards for style maintainability and best practices for a high-scale web environment. You also advocate for these standards through code review.
You align with Product Management, Backend, Design, Content, etc. to iterate on new features.
You consistently ship small features and improvements with minimal guidance and support from other team members.
You help us to identify areas of improvement in our code base and advocate for high standards when it comes to product quality, performance and security.
You take an active part in our sprint planning sessions and help us to complete prioritized items.
You also provide support to other team members to remove blockers and to break down complex tasks.
You take pride in teaching others, sharing knowledge and you are open to learn from other engineers.

{ what_you_bring_to_the_table: [
You have professional experience with a modern frontend framework (ideally Vue with Nuxt, but we appreciate experience with other frontend frameworks).
You have a solid understanding in core web and browser concepts (eg. how the browser parses and constructs a web page).
You have a good understanding of semantic HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript concepts.
You are experienced with testing applications – unit and integration tests (we use Jest).
You have been using Git in a professional/workplace environment.
You’re familiar with server side rendering.
You have some experience with Node.js and CI/CD automation (we use Gitlab).
And of course you have a positive and solution oriented mindset.
Nice to have: You have worked in a product company before and have an eye for design and UI details.
Nice to have: You have experience with headless content management systems (we use Contentful).
Nice to have: You bring some knowledge about e2e tests (we use webdriver) and have experience owning the application development cycle end to end.
You’re passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time!
