Overview
As an Engineering Manager at Everlaw, you’ll play a central role within our engineering org. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you’ll manage a team that assists in building product, infrastructure, and tools to grow the business. You’ll be instrumental in designing and implementing critical engineering processes, and you’ll collaborate closely with engineers and Engineering Operations to drive forward key initiatives and projects. The coaching and leadership you provide will cater to the growth of our engineers, and support and empower them to do their best work.
Engineering is the backbone of the Everlaw Platform. We build features and functionality into the product and ensure its smooth functioning. We also provide data and insights to the rest of Everlaw. This is a full-time exempt position based in our Oakland, California office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home Tu/Fr.
