EXADS is a young international startup specialising in the ad tech industry. Proudly part of EXOGROUP, a set of companies made of 160+ very talented individuals with offerings across a wide range of services in the digital business, with headquarters in Barcelona and offices in Dublin, Porto, Valencia, Tarragona and Buenos Aires.
As a company, we actively develop and improve our own proprietary leading affiliate network platform and custom-built infrastructure enabling us to innovate and deploy new features and functionality quickly in a fast-moving and demanding industry.
We are revolutionising the online ad-serving industry and are seeking to recruit highly skilled and talented people to join the team to further design, build and scale our platform offerings across a wide range of projects which utilise modern technologies such as Data Streaming, Big Data and Real Time Statistics Computation and enjoy a work-life balance, supportive and friendly environment.

Location
Even though you are welcome to work from our office in Porto, this position can be fulfilled from anywhere in Portugal.
Your responsibilities:
Be responsible for developing well-engineered, robust, high-quality software solutions and platforms in line with business needs and strategy and per the project plan, specifications, and IT standards;
Optimise code for performance and scalability;
Have the opportunity to work on many aspects of the FireTrack solution and be involved in operational and architectural decisions;
Contribute to team process improvements, adhering to industry best practices and principles;
Participate in regular code reviews and team knowledge sharing activities;
Guide entry-level engineers and constructively deliver feedback.
You have:
3+ years experience in modern Web UI development;
Professional experience using VueJS;
Good knowledge on best practices to follow and ensure code quality;
Good knowledge on design, build, and maintaining high-quality production services;
High motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies;
Initiative and offer assistance when needed;
Good written, spoken and interpersonal communication skills (English).
Considered a plus:
Professional experience with Angular;
Professional experience with NodeJS or backend technologies;
Knowledge of Git / Github and related workflows in a distributed team environment.
