We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and revenue growth at JournalistDB.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute growth strategies to drive signups and paid subscriptions on journalistdb.com
Plan and run content marketing campaigns targeting PR professionals and startup founders
Manage SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building
Build and optimize email marketing workflows for lead nurturing
Analyze funnel metrics and campaign performance
Manage paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn)

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or demand generation
Proven track record of driving measurable user acquisition
Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing
Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
Excellent copywriting skills
Data-driven mindset

Nice to Have:

Experience in PR tech or media intelligence (Cision, Muck Rack, etc.)
Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS
Background in affiliate marketing or partnerships
