Homebase is looking for an enthusiastic developer who possesses a passion for pushing web technologies to the limits and will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the entire Homebase stack. At Homebase, you’ll develop server APIs using NodeJS and PHP, and you’ll enhance our web products using TypeScript, NodeJS, and VUE.

Responsibilities:
Design, build, test, and ship features for Homebase’s APIs using PHP and Laravel
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to create new APIs and microservices using NodeJS
Develop user-facing features in Homebase’s web products using TypeScript and VueJS
Employ modern DevOps and SRE practices to manage your application from development to production
Collaborate with your team to deliver value in an Agile process. Estimate, plan, and complete work, provide code reviews and assistance to team members
Investigate and resolve application functionality issues, provide support and troubleshooting expertise
Qualifications:
1+ years of development in client side JavaScript using one or more of the following: VueJS, ReactJS, AngularJS
1+ years of development in server side JavaScript using NodeJS
Knowledge of implementing/utilizing REST API’s
Knowledge of MySQL or other relational database
Preferred but Not Required:
Experience in PHP
Experience with Laravel/Symfony
Experience in TypeScript
Experience with Azure, AWS or other cloud provider
Unit Testing and Test Driven Development
