We’re aggressively expanding our sales team to continue the company’s rapid growth and are looking for more high-level performers for the Account Executive (AE) role.


AE Expectations

  • Meet or exceed a quarterly quota
  • Execute the Call Box Sales Playbook
  • Develop pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions
  • Strive to continuously improve and demonstrate a willingness to learn and apply Call Box best practices
  • Deliver quality presentations tailored to prospects’ needs and priorities
  • Apply industry, business, and technical knowledge to achieve both individual and team objectives
  • Maintain a positive, “above the line”, attitude

Top Characteristics for an AE:

1-2 years of prior sales experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Disciplined and process oriented
  • Genuine curiosity and empathy
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Adaptable and easily coachable
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Results are highly rewarded at Call Box. We offer a competitive salary and uncapped commissions. As an AE, you’ll work out of our Dallas office and travel 25% of the time to your assigned territory.
