Core responsibilities:
Develop, operate, and maintain robust and scalable solutions used in our Model Production Site
Explore emerging technologies and methods, finding new opportunities for our platforms
Nurture and facilitate an outstanding engineering culture with focus on good craftmanship

DevSecOps: “you build it – you own it” (and run it) with a keen eye on secure code and security by design
Handling of complaints, change requests, solving problems with internal and external partners
Supports the development and work of junior colleagues

As a Sr. Software Engineer joining our Model Production Product (part of Manufacturing Technology organization), you will be crucial for the digital transformation of Model Production in Kladno and other locations across the globe. Purpose of Digital Transformation is to bring up to date tools and processes to replace old IT solutions and tools which are mainly based on the extensive Excel sheets and SAP. You have a unique chance to co-create new digital landscape of entire business unit and build its foundation stones.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate has several years’ of experience in software development using cloud technologies and modern scalable and resilient solutions (React, Azure).
To succeed in this role, you ideally have competence within the following:
Experience in cloud and the corresponding services and architecture design patterns
Proficient in modern technology stacks and architectural patterns like event driven architectures and microservices
Ability to clearly communicate concepts with both technical and functional teams
Experience with software development in Agile framework
Strong curiosity about developing and encouraging others
Shown eagerness to continuous learning and to learn from the failures
Professional level of English and good level of Czech language is required
