The Role

We are looking for a strong leader who is interested in having a measurable impact on various projects. The spectrum ranges from product and application development to the development of in-house analysis tools and working on our new cloud solution. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of committed developers.

What you’ll do

Give technical direction and mentoring to a group of software engineers to advance their career and skill
Contribute to the overall vision of our Corporate Management Platform software products and development process
Communicate and share knowledge within the team regularly, via documentation, presentations, and participation in all phases of the Agile development process
Plan, analyze, and define solutions through business, functional, and technical expertise
Write clean, testable, and usable code

What you bring to the table

Several years of experience in Java development, ideally with Java11 or newer
Functional and disciplinary leadership skills for a team of developers
Experience with MicroProfile servers (e.g. Quarkus, OpenLiberty) or Spring Boot
Good knowledge of SQL Server and well versed in REST and OpenAPI
Strong English oral and written communication skills
