In this crucial role, our Senior Full Stack Engineer will play a key role in growing our software system and improving user experience. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will work closely with the CTO to expand the functionality of our core products. This team member will shape the future of our products and contribute meaningfully to our business development strategy. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will report directly to the company’s Chief Technology Office and founder.

What you’ll be doing:
Essential duties and responsibilities for a Senior Full Stack Engineer include the following. Other areas of responsibility may be assigned as needed.
– Develop and maintain our in-house developed CRM and in the near future, new SaaS products for clients
– Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of the application
– Test, debug, and resolve web application issues
– Maintain code integrity and organization
– Collaborate with the business teams to design and launch new features
– Work with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements
– Understand and implement security and data protection
What skills will you need?
This position is perfect for someone who possesses the desire to stay current regarding computer-related changes and advances, and is able to adapt to an ever-changing environment. You’ll need to be able to structure and prioritize your time effectively and demonstrate an ability to produce results without direct supervision.
Necessary experience:
– Minimum of 10 years’ experience developing SaaS Applications
– Development experience for web applications
– Asp.Net MVC, C#, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, SQL Server, Docker
– Must have advanced skills in cloud technologies (Google Cloud Platform specifically is a plus)
– Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) and automation CI/CD
– Experience implementing 3rd party API’s and proficiency with XML and JSON
– Google Cloud Architect certification desired or willingness to work towards
– Ability to maintain a quiet and appropriate work environment, free of distractions during the workday.
– Must be able to work closely with the team in both a face-to-face and virtual environment, utilizing technologies to communicate and make yourself accessible.
– Be flexible to assist with other duties and tasks as needed.
– Occasional travel required for company events.
Work Schedule:
This job will require you to work from 9 am to 6 pm.
