We are looking for you – a friendly and helpful System Administrator to be part of IT Operations and support our people with your heart.

You will be an integral and appreciated part of our business where you, as our new System Administrator will ensure stable, secure and compliant IT Operations. Your role is enormously important to us as a supplier in the insurance industry, where our customers expect high standards regarding IT Security and Compliance.

In the heart of Copenhagen, you find the Penni office. With an informal and “come as you are” atmosphere, in the best start-up style, we are a small, dedicated collection of people who care for each other and the work that we do. Empowered by trust and transparency, you will be given full ownership of your tasks and work independently. We practice the principles of Agile, and love people who are curious and open to testing themselves against different tasks.


Your background and what you bring to the table

You are responsible for upholding internal IT operations & -security while also acting as a service minded helpdesk, taking care of hardware setup and cloud-tools. Your responsibilities:

– Network management
– Asset & device management
– IT security
– Helpdesk
– User account management / IAM
– Implement new cloud tools

Penni has a multi-platform work environment with macOS, Windows and Linux in use for workstations and Google Workspace as the backbone office software.


Your personality and what you bring to our people

In line with the listed responsibilities, you are expected to have knowledge of technical security implementations, combined with an understanding of compliance and system administration. Furthermore, you are:
