Technical Software Development Manager

Responsibilities: manage a software development team working on a global project; guide technology investigations and review software designs; work with project manager and test lead to coordinate development and testing activities; and build team skills and capabilities.
Location: Kitchener, Ontario
Key technologies: Cloud, Kubernetes, Java, C#, C++, SQL, Azure, AWS, Android, iOS.
Requirements: University degree or college diploma; experience leading a software team; 6+ years of software development experience.
Skills: Strong object-oriented design; Java, Android, C# and/or C++; good communication and teamwork skills.
