Your contribution to something big

Designing, developing and testing high quality software for our GRADE-X Mobile cloud-based diagnostic solution. For that you will:

• Shape the future: provide a senior level contribution to the design and development of software components for our cloud based diagnostic platforms using your Java full stack development skills;
• Create new things: contribute to and take responsibility for software architectural decisions and develop features for our cloud based automotive products;
• Take responsibility: along with the other senior members of the team you will provide mentoring to junior team members and proactively contribute to development process improvement activities through sprint retrospectives within an agile team;
• Holistic thinking: contribute to the team’s success by bringing in your expertise;
• Tech Stack:
  • Backend: Java EE APIs, JAX_RS;
  • Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, Single Page Frameworks (e.g AngularJS), LeSS, HTML5, JSON, XML;
  • Cloud: AWS

What distinguishes you

• Academic degree or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering or other scientific subject;
• Experience in software design and architecture;
• Experience with AngularJS or similar Single Page Application framework;
• Awareness of databases (NoSQL, SQL);
• Knowledge of backend development: Java EE APIs, in particular JAX-RS (RESTful Web Services) would be a plus;
• Knowledge of frontend development: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5;
• Code quality assurance approaches (peer code review, static analysis);
• Certified ScrumMaster is a plus;
• Experience in automated end-to-end test development (e.g. Robot, Selenium) is a plus;
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Willingness to travel.
