We’re growing and we’re looking for a Senior .NET Developer with strong skills to join our highly skilled and cross functional Development team.

Empowering retailers to do great things is what we do. We’re looking for someone who can help us grow our team’s capacity and support the development, implementation and fine tuning of our app and platform.

While our HQ is in Auckland, we’ve been working flexibly since day dot. You can either work remotely (so long as it’s within NZ), base yourself from HQ or do both. Whatever works best for you, works for us.

What you’ll do:

  • Translate application story boards and use cases into functional applications
  • Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
  • Integrate data storage solutions
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs while executing solutions to mitigate and address the issues
  • Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automation

This is the technology we use:

  • Blazor, ASP.NET MVC with .NET Core (C#)
  • Microsoft Azure (Azure SQL, Redis Cache, Azure Functions)
  • RESTful API

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 5 + years’ experience working in an Agile environment and test experience
  • Experience working as a Senior Developer with Microsoft .NET stack
  • Proven experience with test driven or feature driven development
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
  • Be comfortable supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and excellent stakeholder management
  • Experience working with large scale enterprise software is a bonus as is experience working with Entity Framework and Azure SQL
