Overview
Wavely is looking for a Senior/Staff level DevOps engineer for our engineering team. You will be able to lead Wavely’s cloud migration process with the help of backend engineers.
What you will do:
- Improve Wavely’s cloud infrastructure and deploy on AWS by migrating services into containers
Manage Wavely’s cloud services - Leverage infrastructure-as-code tools like Kubernetes, Terraform
- Work with backend and data engineers to deploy our services
- Define technical governance at Wavely with best practices
- Be a mentor and teach best practices to the rest of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineer
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS
- Experience with Java is a plus
