Overview
About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to take a leading role in our growing Engineering team. In this role you will drive development of our premier Warehouse Management System (WMS), designing and implementing new features, and making performance and scalability improvements. You’ll work in a small, focus team, playing a key role in achieving our product roadmap and technology goals.
You have strong experience building scalable systems that perform reliably and expeditiously. You love building elegant systems that make complex processes simple.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of experience as a professional software engineer, preferably with the Java software stack; 2+ years in a senior position with lead responsibilities.
- Very strong backend experience, preferably Java stack with expert database skills (Postgres). Great front-end knowledge building JavaScript web applications on REST APIs.
- Professional experience with Python and Angular is strongly preferred
- DevOps experience working with Docker, Terraform and AWS is a major plus
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in an agile team.
- Must be able to work in Pacific Time zone. We work remote to accommodate our lives and are on-site when we can for optimal collaboration and coordination.
