THE JOB

Our technical team, divided between Malta and France has about 150 members. With us, there is something for everyone: websites, mobile sites, native and back office applications. Through advanced technologies, we seek above all quality and technical expertise.

Many positions are currently open for .NET Backend!

Technical Environment :

Small team (5/6 on average), Agile mode (Scrum or KanBan), Software craftsmanship approach:

What will you be responsible for?

Integrated with one of our teams, you will develop our sports and horse, poker or casino sites for our different brands:

You will participate in the technical design and technical translation of the functional specs according to our application architecture
You will develop the new features
You will participate in improving the quality of the code: unit tests, TDD etc.
You are sensitive to the performance, reliability and maintainability of your code
You share your ideas, the difficulties encountered, the progress of projects and results with the team and the manager
Depending on your level of expertise, you will accompany the junior developers in their rise in technical competence
Working daily with our teams in Malta and Minsk, a good command of English is required.

Our way of coding:

We pay particular attention to the quality of our code and to good programming practices (unit tests, code review, pair programming …)

To tackle technical challenges from another angle, we organize specific events such as Lab Day or Innovation Day. You will also have access to mini-trainings and dojo codes.

Finally, we provide a pluralsight account for all developers.

YOUR PROFILE

You have developed at least 2 years in a .Net environment in SOA or micro-services architectures
You have knowledge of SQL-Server, T-SQL and understand the Entity Framework
You have evolved into an Agile environment
You practice unit tests, TDD and other good development practices
You have already developed high traffic web sites
You speak English

De quoi serez-vous responsable ?
Intégré(e) à l’une de nos équipes, vous développerez nos sites de paris sportifs et hippiques, de poker ou de casino pour nos différentes marques:

  • Vous participerez à la conception technique et assurerez la traduction technique des specs fonctionnelles en fonction de notre architecture applicative
  • Vous développerez les nouvelles fonctionnalités
  • Vous participerez à l’amélioration de la qualité du code: Tests unitaires, TDD etc.
  • Vous êtes sensible à la performance, la fiabilité et la maintenabilité de votre code
  • Vous partagez vos idées, les difficultés rencontrées, l’avancement des projets et les résultats avec l’équipe et les managers
  • En fonction de votre niveau d’expertise, vous accompagnerez les développeurs juniors dans leur montée en compétence technique
  • Travaillant au quotidien avec nos équipes à Malte et à Minsk, une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais est demandée.

Notre manière de coder :

Nous portons une attention particulière à la qualité de notre code et aux bonnes pratiques de programmation (tests unitaires, revue de code, pair programming…)

Pour aborder des challenges techniques sous un autre angle, nous organisons des événements ponctuels comme le Lab Day ou l’Innovation Day. Vous aurez également accès à des mini-trainings et des codes dojos.

Enfin, nous mettons à disposition un compte pluralsight pour tous les développeurs.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Vous avez développé à minima 2 ans dans un environnement .NET dans des architectures SOA ou micro-services
  • Vous avez des connaissances en SQL-Server, T-SQL et maîtrisez Entity Framework
  • Vous avez évolué en environnement Agile
  • Vous pratiquez les tests unitaires, TDD et autres bonnes pratiques de développement
  • Vous avez déjà développé des sites webs à fort trafic
  • Vous maîtrisez l’anglais
