TORANOTECは、革新的な製品を提供できることを誇りに、お客様のニーズとご要望に応えるべく邁進しています。このような製品を提供し続けるために、様々な分野の開発チームを率いる経験豊富なプロダクトマネージャーを募集します。プロダクトマネージャーは、製品企画から製品運用（インシデントや問題管理を含む）まで、製品のライフサイクルを終始一貫して管理する責任を負っています。
消費者向け製品の提供における隙間を見抜く鋭い目と、それを埋める革新的な思考をお持ちの方が、理想的な候補者です。問題解決や他のステークホルダーと協調することが好きな自発的な開拓者。もしくは、消費者体験を向上させ、市場シェアを拡大する製品づくりを成功させるために、部門横断的なチームを指導してきた経験を持つ、自信に満ちたリーダーである可能性もあります。そして何よりも、目の前のみならず、これから起こりうる問題にも果敢に取り組み、その解決策を導き出すことのできる方です。

プロダクトマネージャーには、以下のことが期待します
製品調査、市場調査、競合分析、企画、ポジショニング、ロードマップ開発、要件開発、製品立ち上げ、製品強化など、製品のライフサイクル全般のプロセスを推進する。
製品戦略をもとに、エンジニアリングチームによるプロトタイプ構築と最終製品開発のための詳細な要件に変換する。
ビジネスケース、ハイレベルなユースケース、技術要件、収益、ROIを説明する製品戦略ドキュメントを作成する。
製品の開発、QA、リリース、リソースのバランスについて、エンジニアリング、プロダクション、マーケティング、セールス、各チームと密接に協力し、組織全体が成功するようにする。
同時にプロダクトオーナーとして、アーキテクトや開発者をパートナーとして、インシデントや問題管理を含むソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル全般のデリバリーを管理する。
納期に対する社内外のステークホルダーの期待値を管理し、ソフトウェアデリバリーを円滑に行う。
デリバリー活動に関連するすべてのリスクを積極的に追跡し、様々なステークホルダーと連携してリスクを効果的に管理することができる。
応募資格
STEM分野または関連分野の学士・修士号取得者または経験者
社内外のコラボレーションを効果的に管理するための高いコミュニケーション能力
日本語（読み/書き/話し）：ビジネスレベル(N1が望ましい)
英語（読み/書き/話し）：ビジネスレベル
2年以上のプロダクトマネジメント/プロジェクトマネジメントの経験（PMPが望ましい）
5年以上のソフトウェア開発経験（ビジネスアナリストなど開発者でない職種も歓迎）
2年以上メンバーを束ねる役割でのリーダーシップの経験のある方、または、一メンバーであっても的確な指示を出すことができ、権限ではなく影響力によってリードする能力があることが証明されている方
アジャイル開発の経験（CSMが望ましい）
IT運用の知識（ITILが望ましい）
機能横断的なチームマネジメントが得意な方
Job Description

To help us continue to grow our offerings, we’re in search of an experienced Product Manager to lead our multi-disciplinary development team. The Product Manager is responsible for the end to end lifecycle management of a product, from product planning to product operations (including incident and problem management).
As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them. You’re a go-getter who loves problem solving and synchronizing with other stakeholders. You may already be a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve consumer experience and grow market share. Above all, you are not afraid to tackle the known unknowns, and able to proactively seek solutions and understanding to solve them.

The Product Manager is expected to:
Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, product launch and product enhancement
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
Be at the same time Product Owner to manage delivery of complete Software Development Life Cycle with Architects and developers as partners, including Incident and Problem Management
Manage internal/external stakeholders expectation on the delivery timeline, and ensure the smoothness of Software Delivery
Proactively track all risks related to delivery activity and able to coordinate with various stakeholders to manage the risks effectively
Requirements:
BS/MS degree in STEM field or a related subject or experience
High communication skills to effectively manage internal/external collaboration
Japanese (Reading/Writing/Speaking): Business Level (N1 preferred)
English (Reading/Writing/Speaking): Business Level
2+ years of Product Management/Project Management experience (PMP preferred)
5+ years of software development experience (non pure developer role such as Business Analyst, System Analyst, Solution Architect or Technical Consultant is also welcomed)
2+ years of formal (or informal) leadership experience with a proven ability to lead by influence not authority
Experience in Agile Development (CSM preferred)
Knowledge of IT Operations (ITIL preferred)
Highly effective cross-functional team management
