Overview
Warecorp is seeking back-end cloud developers skilled with Go or Python along with content delivery network (CDN) experience and deep knowledge of web protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automation tools to manage distributed deployments using CDNs
- Develop primarily in Go
- Be a key contributor to architectural decisions
- Demonstrate and promote a culture of engineering excellence
- Conduct design and code reviews and raise the bar on engineering rigor and standards
- Document all programming tasks and procedures
- Perform routine software maintenance
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in software development, computer engineering, or other related fields
- Knowledge of Go and/or Python
- Experience developing for a distributed or cloud deployment
- Familiarity with relational databases
- Familiarity with content delivery and content delivery networks
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Nice to Have:
- Background in Kubernetes
- Background in Fastly
