This is an exciting, ongoing opportunity to work  with a fast growing SAAS startup in the Aged Care space which is doing amazing purpose driven work to improve seniors quality of life. Our program delivers personalised content ( video/music/podcasts) to seniors and provides therapeutic benefits to those living with dementia via music as therapy. We need an experienced Data Analyst/Google Analytics Specialist to help us design tech and processs to understand how and when our clients use the program.

The Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst/Google Analytics Specialist  to help us troubleshoot and validate our current reporting setup and to provide ongoing consultancy as we expand.  We use a combination of tools to create facility (userID) reports to understand usage patterns, popular content and other platform insights.

Validate that current methods are working correctly and are best practice:
Review GA installation
Review Events & Custom Parameters
Review userID tracking
Provide recommendations/solutions

Validate & create engagement time calculations within Datastudio reports:
Sessions/engaged sessions
User engagement time
Video play time
Setup applicable reports

Ongoing consultancy
Recommendation/setup of advanced reporting solutions (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc)
Recommendation of larger data capture & storage solutions (e.g. Big Query)
A/B Testing

About you
You will have relevant Industry certifications and proven experience within the web analytics and data analysis space
3-4 years of digital data experience or equivalent, preferably in a B2B environment
Be able to answer key questions, perform deep-dive analysis, discover trends and drivers, and deliver clear, relevant insights that help us understand our users behaviour
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence and share knowledge with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Can recognise and understand patterns in data and their meanings
Be willing to develop an ongoing relationship with Moove & Groove’

You will need
Demonstrated auditing and implementing experience in G4, UA, GTM (Google Tag Manager), Optimise 360, Google Data Studio and JavaScript
A solid understanding of Google Analytics data structure and manipulation
Big Query and GCP experience will be an additional advantage.
A solid understanding of current DXP and related tools
