The Responsibilities
- Work closely with business leaders and sales and marketing team; direct accountability for the delivery of Salesforce capabilities
- Manage business stakeholder expectation and maintain adequate communication
- Design, develop and configure the Salesforce.com platform with best practices
- Configure and maintain the Salesforce platform to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions to meet business needs
- Create solution proposals and specification documentation
The Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
- 5+ years of development experience with a strong background in Salesforce development and support
- Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
