Overview

LEAD DEVELOPER

Shape the future of a global start-up as our lead developer!

We’re looking for someone who is keen to join us and make a difference at a pivotal time in our journey. If you’re a team player who is customer-focused, commercially savvy, and keen to be in from the early days, it sounds like we’re a match.

We’re ready to hire a software developer to take us to the next level. Supported by an expert founder, external agency team as well as a junior developer, your role is to develop and implement significant new features to support our growing enterprise clients and set us up to scale.

Stickybeak is not just a software company. We’re co-founded by a research agency (with some pretty amazing researchers, look us up!) At our heart, we want to help ensure all voices are heard so businesses can get fresh and diverse customer insights to support their commercial success.

Because we’ve got our ear to the ground all the time, we know you probably want a bit of flexibility in your week. Whether it’s working from home, skipping Auckland traffic to leave early or doing school drop-off and coming in later, we get it. And we’re into that too.

We’re located in Morningside and based in a fun, vibrant shared-office space. It’s a start-up vibe with tunes, a drinks fridge and plenty of laughs. So, if you’re looking for a corporate, highly-structured role, we’re probably not for you.
