Software Developer–Delphi/DB2/SQL/C#
Position Purpose:
Ready to work with a growing software development company? Here’s your chance to become part of the nation’s leading provider of software to the transportation industry. TMW Systems is looking for creative, motivated software developers to work on complex and rapidly evolving business applications. As a vital member of the software development team, you will design, develop, optimize and test client/server Windows applications based on Borland Delphi and the IBM DB2 database platform, and a growing suite of applications written for the web using PHP.
Minimum Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to own projects and work with minimal direction
Comfort level working in an environment with a wide degree of creativity and latitude
3+ years of experience with Borland Delphi, C#, or other Windows rapid development tools
3+ years object-oriented programming
3+ years of experience with complex SQL (dynamic, stored procedures and triggers)
Experience with web services
Excellent interpersonal skills
Familiarity and experience with architectural design
Troubleshooting and supporting ERP systems
Languages: Borland Delphi, [C#/.NET skills have translated well]
Databases: IBM DB2, SQL
Educational Requirements:
BA/BS in Computing Science, or equivalent experience
Travel Required: 5%
