What you’ll be doing:


SightCall is seeking a Solution Architect to be part of a team who will have insight to make the connection between customer’s specific business problems and SightCall’s solution.  This person will have the customer facing skills to communicate that connection and vision to a wide variety of technical and executive audiences. This role supporting the team based in Paris France.


·       Assist with the standardization of the implementation processes (Right Start Plans) while SightCall continues to rapidly grow.

·        Provide expertise and guidance to customers on SightCall’s standard integrations including Front Library, REST API and Mobile SDK.

·       Design and manage custom integration projects to include initial scope of work, architecture definition, implementation, and delivery.

·       Provide support and coaching for CSM team to enhance product and technical knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


·       3+ years in customer facing technical role such as delivering consulting services, technical presales, project management, business analysis, technical support and customer support.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.

·       Strong understanding of various software architectures (Web, Cloud, Integration) and methodologies.

·       Experience with or knowledge of RESTful and JSON API implementation. Developer experience is a plus.

·       Knowledge of scoping, sizing & defining statements of work (SOW’s) and project management.
